Silicone Sheet 사용 이유
- ACF가 정상적인 열경화성 접착제 및 전기적 연결이 되도록 하기 위해서는 가열, 가압이 가해져야 하며, 이를 수행하기 위해서는 Heat Tool이 ACF에 가해져야 하므로, 이때 타 부품등의 손상을 막기 위해서 Heat Tool과 부품 사이에 완충제 역할 및 열전도용 시트가 필요하다.
